Workshops are 2 half days. You learn spiritual ideas and teachings and do meditations. Workshops are located in Toronto.

Retreats
The first retreat is a week long from January 9 - 16, 2027. The location is to be announced. It is an opportunity to connect to yourself. It is a time to be silent and be still.
